 Margarito Ledezma was born on June 28, 1887 in the town of Uriangato and died on December 27, 1974 in San Miguel de Allende, both places in the state of Guanajuato. He carried out his early studies in Uriangato, continuing them in the town of Acámbaro, and finishing in Dolores Hidalgo. He studied law in Guanajuato at the State College (now Universidad de Guanajuato), where he graduated in 1910. Ledezma was a civil law notary in San Miguel de Allende. He taught at the State College and the Women's Normal School, and was director of the Commercial Secondary School of Nursing and Obstetrics, which he founded in 1930 to provide San Miguel de Allende with an institute at this level. He was a federal representative, and later a member of the state legislature.

Nació el 28 de junio de 1887 en Uriangato y murió el 27 de diciembre de1974 en San Miguel de Allende, ambas poblaciones pertenecientes al estado de Guanajuato.
Sus primeros estudios los realizó en Uriangato, para luego continuarlos en Acámbaro y concluirlos en Dolores Hidalgo; y los de abogacía en Guanajuato en el Colegio del Estado (actualmente Universidad de Guanajuato), donde se titulo en 1910.
Fue notario público en San Miguel de Allende. Dio clases en el Colegio del Estado y en la Escuela Normal para Señoritas. Fue director de la Escuela Secundaria Comercial de nfermería y Obstetricia, misma que él fundó (1930) con la finalidad de que San Miguel de Allende tuviese un centro de enseñanza media.
Fue diputado federal, y más tarde diputado estatal.

Il naquit le 28 juin 1887 à Uriangato et mourut le 27 décembre 1974 à San Miguel de Allende. Ces deux villages se trouvent dans l’État de Guanajuato.
Il étudia d’abord à Uriangato, puis à Acámbaro et finalement à Dolores Hidalgo. Il étudia ensuite le métier d’avocat à Guanajuato au Collège de l’État (actuelle Université de Guanajuato), où il obtint son diplôme en 1910.
Il fut notaire à San Miguel de Allende, enseigna au Collège de l’État et à l’École normal pour demoiselles. Il fut directeur de l’École secondaire commerciale d’infirmerie et d’obstétrique, qu’il fonda en 1930 afin que San Miguel de Allende dispose d’un établissement d’enseignement secondaire.
