House number 7 was the home of Don Leonino Zavala, poet and author of the enormously popular “Poesías de Margarito Ledesma” and "Tradiciones de San Miguel" among other important literary works.
This is a construction of great architectural value owing to its vaulted niche over the street, monolithic courtyard columns and elaborate window aprons.
